Members of robotics team MorTorq competed at the FIRST FRC national championship in St. Louis, MO from April 23 through April 26. The team placed in the 76th seed and did not enter eliminations. As well, the team won no awards.
Absent from the members who traveled to the midwest event were students attending prom, which coincided with the competition.
MorTorq became eligible to compete in St. Louis after winning the Regional Chairman’s Award, awarded for community outreach, at this year’s Las Vegas regional competition.
