The girls varsity tennis team defeated the Culver City High School Centaurs on Oct. 16 by a match score of 17-1.
“I played pretty good, but they were really easy [to beat] so I didn’t have that much pressure,” singles player Lolita Gorbacheva said.
Culver City did not cause any trouble for the Normans as a whole either, allowing the Normans to play comfortably the whole way through.
“It was an easy match that we knew we were going to win even before we started it,” Gorbacheva said.
Girls varsity tennis’ next match is at home on Oct. 21 against El Segundo.
