Nothing is more fun or delicious to make than dessert. Making Oreo cheesecake bars with Baking Mischief’s recipe doesn’t just have this appeal – it is also simple and impossible to mess up.
To begin the recipe, you should crush Oreos in a plastic bag. This process should only take a few minutes. These Oreos then have to be mixed with melted butter and pressed into a parchment-lined baking sheet
The most challenging part of the recipe is its second step, which involves whipping heavy cream. Because of the low amount of cream required, this cannot be done in an electric mixer. Therefore, the only way to whip the cream is with a hand-held mixer or an egg beater. Both methods will eventually create a whipped cream with stiff peaks, which is when you can move onto the next step
After this, you should use a mix master to beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla. This beating only needs to occur until the ingredients are well-mixed. Then, you should chop Oreos to gently fold into this mixture while also folding in the whipped cream.
If the whipped cream does not deflate, the only step left to take is to spread the mixture onto the Oreo crust. Once you are done with this, you should freeze the dish for two hours and wait until your sweet treat is complete.
The final product is a sweet, creamy, addicting dessert. The soft, smooth texture of the cheesecake perfectly complements the rough texture of the crunchy Oreo crusts, and the chocolate-flavored Oreos simply add to the tasty cheesy base.
