In an effort to become connected with the local community, Robotics is reaching out to local businesses for sponsorship. The whole team believes that having local sponsorship will be beneficial.
“We used to search for financial support with bigger corporations outside or Nationwide. We are going to focus on local business and hopefully we can get the support of the community, the local community, we can benefit from them and they can benefit from the exposure that they will get from the Robotics team,” Manager of Robotics Conny Santa Cruz said.
The Robotics team wants to establish a close relationship with their sponsors and support local businesses.
“By asking local companies, we would be connecting the whole community, and getting everyone involved with our program. Encouraging students to get involved with STEM programs, while at the same time getting help from local businesses, ties in the whole community, which is what we aim to do,” senior Richa Vijayvergiya said.
