Making crepes in quarantine

While everyone is quarantined, this month’s Foodie Series has been suspended. In lieu of the usual restaurant reviews, here is an easy recipe for crepes that uses six ingredients and makes roughly six servings.


Crepes are an easily made and adaptable way to approach breakfast, lunch or dinner. Possible fillings can range from eggs, spinach and cheese, to ricotta, lemon and honey, to a simple nutella and strawberry crepe.
