With the end of the first home game, spirit week sums up the Norman pride displayed from Aug. 29 through Sept. 2. During spirit week, Beverly students sported American patterns, Hawaiian tees, pajamas, jerseys and the iconic school colors: orange and black. Although it was only the third week of school, this spirit week had a large turnout with many Normans dressing up for the event. Even with all the spirit, the football team suffered a 6-32 loss against the Nordoff Rangers.
