While rehearsals have been postponed, the school musical, Chicago, still may take place, according to theater director Karen Chandler.
No specific plans have been made, but Chandler’s graduating cast members have largely agreed that they would be willing to come back from college if the show were to take place during the 2020-2021 school year.
“Even [though] we don’t know when we can do Chicago, all of those seniors have said that they have interest in seeing it through to the end,” Chandler said. “It might be a situation where, all right, we found a weekend where everybody can get together for a couple of you know, for a whole day of rehearsal.”
If a physical performance does not take place, the musical may take place via livestream.
